Brenton Worley
Founder and Principal
Brenton is a highly experienced Engineering Leader and have spent more than 15 years building and leading high performing software engineering teams in corporate, consulting and startup environments. Over the past 7 years Brenton has worked in the SaaS startup/scale-up space in either CTO and senior Engineering Leadership roles, observing approaches and behaviours that work and don’t work as businesses grow and try to scale both their teams and platforms.
